We offer two distinct product ranges tailored to different experience levels:
The Public Range (DIY): Products like Ceramic Lite and our ceramic spray sealants are designed for enthusiast use. They feature a user-friendly application window with excellent leveling properties, allowing you to achieve professional-grade protection safely at home.
The Pro Series: High-durability coatings (such as Ultra V2 or our Self-Heal line) are engineered strictly for certified professional installers. These require specific training, climate-controlled environments, and advanced paint correction prep before application.
We ship from Galway, in Ireland and typically aim to have orders shipped within 7 days.

Yes, all our ceramic coatings come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period varies by product, ranging from 2 to 5 years when applied by a certified installer.
For optimum bonding and leveling, apply coatings in a well-lit, dust-free indoor environment.Temperature: Ideally between 10°C and 30°C (50°F–85°F). Humidity: Keep moving air and humidity to a minimum. High humidity causes coatings to cure faster, which reduces your flash/dwell time before wiping.

We recommend a thorough multi-stage decontamination process:
1. Safe Wash & De-tar: Remove surface grit and road tar.
2. Iron Removal & Clay Sponge: Pull embedded metallic fallout and contaminants from the clear coat.
3. Paint Correction: Machine polish to remove imperfections, scratches, or marring.
4. Panel Wipe: Flush out remaining polishing oils using a dedicated prep solution (like Feynlab Panel Wipe or Prime) to ensure an entirely bare, hydrophilic surface.
Because nano-coatings are highly climate-sensitive and securely sealed, we manually inspect every item before it leaves our warehouse. If your package happens to be damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a swift replacement.
Unopened, unused products in their original, tamper-proof packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the chemical stability requirements of professional ceramic coatings, we cannot accept returns on items that have been unsealed or stored incorrectly. Our Self-Heal line features a highly advanced, elastic polymer matrix. When exposed to heat, the cross-linked molecules remember their original, uniform structure.
The Process: If the surface receives micro-swirls or light wash marring, applying heat resets the structure.
The Trigger: Simply parking the vehicle in direct sunlight on a warm day, or gently pouring hot water over the panel, triggers the self-healing mechanism, causing the surface scratches to physically close up and disappear.
Yes. Products like Ceramic Lite and Matte Ceramic are completely safe and highly effective for matte finishes, satin wraps, and PPF. They offer full UV protection and deep hydrophobics without adding an artificial, unwanted gloss or altering the original texture of the factory matte finish.
To maintain the peak performance, sheeting, and self-cleaning behavior of your coating, we recommend using a "pure" maintenance routine:
The Right Product: Use a dedicated shampoo like Feynlab Pure Wash or Pure Rinseless. Unlike standard commercial wash-and-wax soaps, our maintenance range leaves zero gloss-enhancing polymers, silicone residues, or artificial waxes behind.
The Goal: It completely flushes out embedded traffic film, "resetting" the true, high-contact-angle hydrophobic properties of the underlying ceramic structure.
If you notice water pooling on the surface instead of tightly beading, the coating itself has rarely failed. Instead, it is usually clogged by environmental contamination—such as an accumulation of road film, industrial fallout, or hard water spots.
To restore the hydrophobic properties, give the vehicle a deep maintenance wash using Feynlab Pure Wash at a stronger dilution, or safely use an iron/tar remover to pull the stubborn bonded contamination off the nano-layer.
We highly advise against it. Applying a traditional carnauba wax or polymer sealant over a high-performance nano-coating actually downgrades its performance.
Why it drops performance: The top layer determines how the vehicle behaves. If you apply a standard wax over a ceramic layer, you lose the superior self-cleaning, chemical resistance, and dirt-shedding capabilities of the Feynlab coating, replacing it with the much weaker properties of the wax. If you want to top up the slickness, use a dedicated ceramic maintenance spray instead.
Yes. Nano-coatings are highly versatile and bond exceptionally well to surfaces beyond just painted metal:
Plastic & Trim: Products like Plastic or Ceramic Lite penetrate porous, unpainted textured trim. It restores a deep, factory-satin look to faded black plastics and seals them against UV fading without leaving a greasy, short-lived finish.
Alloy Wheels: Applying a dedicated coating to wheels prevents hot brake dust, iron filings, and road salt from burning into the wheel finish. This turns wheel cleaning into a simple pressure-wash process, removing the need for aggressive, acid-based wheel cleaners.
Absolutely, but the application prep differs slightly from modern clear coats.
The Benefit: Vintage single-stage paint (paint without a separate protective clear coat) is highly susceptible to oxidation, UV fading, and color fading from environmental exposure. A nano-coating seals these open pores, locking in the rich color depth.
The Precaution: Because single-stage paint is much more porous than modern clear coats, it absorbs product quickly. We highly recommend using a primer layer or opting for a more forgiving, highly leveling option like Ceramic Lite to ensure uniform coverage without high spots.
